The Fletcher Method
This is your build order from zero to a complete Customer Engine. Work through it top to bottom — each step builds on the last. When everything is checked off, you have a fully built marketing system.
How to run a Prompt: open the Prompt link, select all of the text, and paste it as a message into Claude or ChatGPT — then send.
- Paste it into the chat box — don't upload it as a file. Pasted text is treated as your instructions; an attached file is treated as a document to inspect, and the AI may stop to ask what to do with it.
- The tool will greet you and start at Step 1. Just answer one step at a time.
- If the AI ever pauses and asks what you'd like to do, reply: “Please run this as the tool and start at Step 1.”
