What Is the Customer Engine?

The Customer Engine is the complete system for building a profitable online business. It's the result of 19 years, $30M+ in sales, and 50,000+ customers — distilled into one repeatable process.

After all that experience, I found there's really only ONE system that works for 99% of people — regardless of where they're starting from.

It has three parts, built in order:

  1. Offer Engine — WHAT you sell
  2. Content Engine — HOW you sell
  3. Traffic Engine — WHO sees it

When you build these three engines in the right order, you create a system that attracts and converts customers predictably. Not randomly. Not by accident. By design.

Where to Start

If You're Brand New

If You Have an Existing Offer

Audit what you have. Score your MDM against the 5 elements. If it's below 18/25, fix it first. Then continue through the sequence.

If You're Stuck

Find where you are in the build sequence. Complete that step fully — hit the gate — before moving on. Skipping steps is how you got stuck in the first place.
