Fletcher Method

The Winning Workshop™ Builder Guide

Your webinar runs the same six spans as your VSL — plus the live layer that keeps a room watching and buying. 38 slides, about 60 minutes, and never a lecture.

Section 1: What a Webinar Is (In This System)

Same system, same beliefs, same order. A Winning Workshop™ runs the exact spans your VSL runs — the live blocks are the only difference:

SpanThe blocksInstalls
1 · SOLUTIONTarget Audience · Clear Outcome · Solution Reveal + MortarBelief 1 — a problem they want solved
2 · CHALLENGESFriction Feelings · Broken Path · Problem Reveal + MortarBeliefs 2, 3, 4 — what they're doing won't work, you understand them, the real reason
3 · RESULTSOrigin Story · Customer Results · Real Receipts + MortarBeliefs 3, 6, 7 — the journey, the proof, the guide
4 · INSTRUMENTSystem Reveal · The Difference · Teaser Demo + MortarBelief 5 — a unique, clear system
5 · PICTUREWins Matrix · Big Opportunity · No Brainer + MortarBelief 8 begins — this future is worth having
6 · ACTIONValue Stack · Fork in the Road · Immediate Action + MortarBelief 8 lands — now, not someday
The one rule, live: show the WHAT, never the HOW. A webinar gives you time a VSL doesn't — use it to show your complete solution, every step, start to finish, and what each step delivers. But if someone could leave and DO a step from what you showed, you taught it — and turned a buyer into a do-it-yourselfer.

Section 2: The Live Layer

Six blocks exist only because there's a room:

About the stick strategy — it's optional

A stick strategy is something you promise early that attendees get for staying: a lead magnet, a discount only live viewers get, a bonus training, a live teardown. It's one of the strongest reasons a room holds to minute 60 — and plenty of great webinars run without one. The builder asks, offers ideas from your own material, and takes "no stick" as a complete answer. Two rules if you use one: promise it early, and deliver it live, before Q&A. A promise kept in public builds trust; a promise broken costs more than never promising.

Section 3: How the Builder Works

  1. Download the Winning Workshop Builder below the module video, into your project.
  2. Open it in a fresh conversation — one tool per chat.
  3. Answer its 13 plain-English questions. Same craft as the VSL builder: it extracts your answer first, probes once if thin, and offers drafts from your own material when you're stuck — nothing enters the script until you confirm it. It runs the same Material Check against all 8 beliefs before writing.
  4. Already built your VSL script? Upload it. The builder reads your locked answers and only asks what a live room adds — it never re-interviews confirmed material.
  5. Read it, edit it, say "approved" — it saves my-workshop-script.md, your webinar's source of truth.

Section 4: The Webinar, End to End

1 · Open live 2 · The six spans 3 · The close sequence 4 · Stick Delivery + Q&A
  1. Open live — Arrival Frame, then the hook, the exclusion, and the stick promise (if you have one).
  2. The six spans — with your complete solution shown step by step, outcomes only.
  3. The close — a sequence, not a moment: stack, anchor, price, first ask, the Tour, your strongest proof, the two paths, final ask.
  4. Stick Delivery + Q&A — about 60 minutes end to end, 38 slides, then a room full of questions and a reachable offer.

Section 5: After Approval

When something changes, change it in this builder first and re-approve — then rebuild the deck. The script is the master; the deck follows it.

The live room is an advantage, not a risk

They can respond. You can adjust. And you're there in real time. The builder writes all of that in — your job is to show up and read what you already approved.
